TRIBE Ambassador Workbook
TRIBE is only as good as the people in it. Ambassadors are the ones who make it feel alive from day one — and who bring the next people in. You’re not here to test the app. You’re here to make it popular.
1Welcome, ambassador
What an ambassador does
Show up
Post, react, reply. A few minutes a day is plenty. An active feed is what makes a stranger stay.
Bring people in
Share your personal invite link with people who would genuinely belong here. Everyone who joins through it is credited to you.
Keep it going
A simple weekly rhythm so you don’t burn out or fade out. Small and steady beats big and rare.
TRIBE is more than a feed
If someone asks what TRIBE is, don’t say “a social feed.” It’s a 21+ community with tools that help you keep up with the things you actually care about, not just scroll.
CREAM keeps you on trackTRIBE+
Make a counter, give it a goal and a deadline, and log every win. It’s private until you choose otherwise. Make a goal public and other TRIBE+ members can cheer you on in the Buddies’ Goals feed.
It’s on your wrist tooTRIBE+
The Apple Watch app logs a CREAM in one tap, lets you reply to messages by voice, and keeps your top counter on your watch face. The Rhythm Counter counts from your wrist and syncs to your iPhone. It’s for fun, not a health tool.
People, not just posts
Groups, voice messages, stories and Highlights, and Explore. With TRIBE+, Right Now and Nearby show you who’s around.
2Get set up
Ten minutes now makes every day after this easier.
-
Install and sign in
Use the invite link you were sent to install TRIBE, then sign in with your email. We send you a code; type it in. The first time creates your account — there’s no separate signup.
-
Make your profile worth visiting
Add a real photo, write a line of bio, and pick your tribe tags. People decide in seconds whether to say hi — a finished profile gets more replies.
-
Find your invite link
In the app, open the Invite Buddies tile on your Hub, then tap the copy button next to Your Unique Invite Link. Everyone who joins through it is credited to you. Paste it below and the invite messages in Step 4 will fill in for you.
3Your first seven days
One small ritual a day, plus a couple of missions. Tick them as you go — your rank climbs and your streak keeps the flame lit.
Your seven-day streak — tap a flame, or tick that day’s ritual
Day 1 — Move in
Make your corner of TRIBE look lived-in. Day 1 exists so the app isn’t a ghost town for whoever joins tomorrow.
Day 2 — Find your people
TRIBE is people. Go find some, and leave a mark where you land so the rooms don’t feel empty.
Day 3 — Show off
Give people something to look at. Photos, video, albums, a story — put your best foot forward.
Day 4 — Start conversations
Real conversations are the whole point. Go deeper than a like.
Day 5 — Be the reason people come back
Give people a reason to open TRIBE tomorrow.
Day 6 — Share it around
Take TRIBE beyond the app — honestly and SFW.
Day 7 — Look back, plan ahead
Light the seventh flame, then set your pace for next week.
4Keep it going
After day seven you don’t need a big plan. You need a rhythm you can keep.
Your weekly rhythm
- Every day
about 5 minutesReact to three posts, leave one real comment, and reply to anyone who messaged you or commented on your posts. - Three times a weekPost something: a photo, a thought, a question, or a story.
- Once a weekInvite one person, welcome a newcomer, and check in here.
When your posts are quiet
Every member has posts that get no reaction, and early on the feed is small. It says nothing about you. The fix isn’t posting harder. It’s showing up for other people first, because people notice who shows up for them.
- TodayComment on three to five posts that aren’t yours. Say something specific about what you saw. One real line beats a dozen likes.
- TodayJoin the conversation, not just the post. Open a busy thread from Explore and reply to other people’s comments too.
- Every timeAnswer every comment on your own posts, and ask a question back so the thread keeps going.
- This weekWelcome someone new. On TRIBE+, cheer a goal in Buddies’ Goals or react to someone’s public CREAM log.
Then post again, and keep it easy to answer: a question, a this-or-that, or a photo with a one-line story. Keep it genuine: no copy-paste comments, no “follow me” replies, and no asking for likes.
Four-week streak
Weeks 2, 3 and 4 are yours to keep lit. Tick the three goals each week — all three lights the flame.
Stuck on what to post?
Introduce yourself
- Who you are in three lines, plus one thing you’re into right now.
- Your “how I found this community” story, in a few sentences.
- A photo of something you love that isn’t you — your coffee, your dog, your view.
Ask the room
- “What’s one thing that made you smile this week?”
- This or that: two options, and everyone picks in the comments.
- Ask for a recommendation — a song, a show, a spot — and reply to every answer.
Share your world
- A day-in-the-life story, saved as a Highlight.
- A throwback photo with the story behind it.
- Where you’re headed this weekend — and who else is going?
Celebrate people
- A shoutout to someone whose post you loved this week, and why.
- A small win of yours — something you finished, tried, or survived.
- A welcome post for newcomers: what you’d tell yourself on day one.
Show what TRIBE can do
- Post a goal you’re working on and ask the room to hold you to it.
- “What are you keeping track of right now?” Workouts, water, books, anything. Reply to every answer.
- Cheer a Buddy’s goal (TRIBE+), then ask how it’s going next week.
Start something
- A weekly theme you host in your group (Throwback Thursday, say).
- A challenge for the room: one photo, one rule, everyone joins in.
- An honest “how is everyone doing?” check-in.
Invite without being awkward
Your invite link fills in below from Step 2. Copy a message, make it sound like you, and send it to one real person.
5Your check-in
Once a week, take two minutes to look back. It keeps you honest, keeps you motivated, and tells us how to help.
Thank you for showing up early.
TRIBE only works because people like you decide to be part of it first. Every post, reply and invite makes it a place worth coming back to.
